Change...

Long time no post... I'm horrible lol! Let's see my almost 11 month old baby boy is officaly crawling yay! I honestly wasn't sure if this day was gonna happen, thank goodness for First Steps! Now he is ready to start pulling up and walking which I know he wants to do so bad! He is also completly off of baby food, mainly because he wouldn't eat which I think is because he has been gettin tastes of table food and he loves it! So he is eating mashed potatos and gravy and whatever I make for supper I just put in the food processor and he eats what we eat. We are just trying to work on handling textures and it's possible that First Steps will have to help out in that area. Our therapist told me that the reason he has such a high gag reflex and is not able to tolerate textures is because he had acid reflux so bad and that caused him to be very leary about what he swallows because he know that it will come back up. :( But.... with some work he will be doing great in that area too!
I have been busy trying to go through everything in my house, starting with our spare bedroom... yikes! The goal is to get rid of all the "extra" stuff, the stuff that we don't use and don't really need! We are wanting to fix the house up a little and put it on the market. We don't know what the future holds but we feel very overwhelmed by how much work you have to put into it and honestly we want to get an apartment in Madison, Hanover is far from church and walmart and such... So if anyone has any tips on selling a house lemme know! We are ready for some change and are very excited!!
