My poor baby!

So BriBri is sick... ugh I wish I could wrap him in a bubble! I firmly believe that people don't think about being sick and being around a baby, I'm sure other mommys can relate! Well after much nap today brian is in bed and I hope he sleeps all night and his teeth pop through and he is all better tomorrow! We don't have big plans for Memorial Day tomorrow we are just gonna clean the house and maybe go play cards at my momma's house. Mercy, I'm watching Bridezillas and those ladies are crazy!!! LOL I know I never acted like that with my wedding! I'm so ready to be raking in the dough so me and Brian can go places and have fun spending daddy's money lol!!! Hehe! but seriously I can't wait to take my little boy to the Newport Aquarium he will love it! Brian is slowly making progress with the crawling, he is starting to lift up on his knees yay! I think that me, mom, and Melissa are gonna go in a get a pool from wallie world cause we need relief from the heat and im NOT taking Brian to a public pool, ew! I know that he will love a pool cause he LOVES bath time!! I can't wait till we go to Florida b/c my grandma has a heated pool woot woot! Welp, I'm exhausted and ready to hit the hay!

long time... no update

Been a while... welp Chris had his second day of work at Rumpke and it is going good for him! He starts the hard part tomorrow... he has to ride on the back and pick up the trash but after about a week he will start driving and that will be easier not that he minds the hard work but it's hot out and i like that he will be driving!

Bri Bri is doing great, yesterday he armed crawled for like 2 seconds yay! I have to make his preemie doctor appoinment soon. Man, Brian just rolls everywhere he can get around pretty good I just can't wait for him to start crawling! I entered his picture in the Parents magazine cover contest just for fun!

So Rumpke has really good insurance and I can't wait to get my surgery, I think about it all the time and I'm so excited! after about a year I plan on having another baby, the last one and hopefully a girl!

I am having a very hard time getting out of my bad mood. I'm so annoyed at people these days and my goodness I shouldn't be! I just have no patience... I think that I'm just lonely I feel like I have no friends but anyways it's time to perk up and not be so down especially on my blog! I'm super excited because my grandma from Florida sent up some coupons along with an article that was in her paper. The article was about these two stay-at-home moms who came up with this idea to make jewelry that moms can wear but that babies can safely chew on when they are teething. Brian loves Tia Missa's necklace and wants to chew on it but he can't so i wanna get a necklace and a bracelet so he can chew on them when we are in public. The jewelry is specifically made to be chewed on by babies and is backed by the FDA. It's called Oh Plah! jewelry. Well Chris start his new job on Tuesday as long as his drug test comes back on Monday. Yes, he will be a trashman working for Rumpke, but it is an honest living and more money starting out than he has made at any job he's had, 14.09 an hour and then after 90 days he gets a quarter raise! Good insurance and they have been working 11-12 hours a day which is good overtime wootwoot! I am gonna start planning Brian's birthday party and start saving money for our trip to Florida. Me and Brian are going down to Florida with my mom and dad, we are driving. I want to take Brian to Disney one day and to Sea World and it's a great chance for him to meet all his family down there, I can't wait! So... I should be able to get my weight loss surgery in August or September so unfortunatly I won't have lost much weight when we go but the family will have something to compare me to when I go back next year! Okay, well I think that I have rambled on enough but if anyone has any birthday advice or ideas to share post them!!!

sleepless in Hanover

Well, as the title suggests there is very little sleeping going on around my house this past week. My poor son is just beside himself with lack of sleep. I've been researching it online because he used to take naps and sleep good but because for some reason he has stopped napping he is overtired and staying awake at night, he can't get settled down. So we are trying the "Ferber" method and it is definently tough. He can fall asleep in my arms but as soon as I lay him down he wakes right up and so we have to teach him to fall asleep on his own and we are working hard on it and when I say we I mean me because Chris is working :( but that's okay! So please pray for us because things have to get better! On a more positive note Chris had an interview with Rumpke today and they sent him to get his drug test and said when it comes back clean he can start working, yay! It's 14.09 an hour starting out and he would be using his CDL which we really want him to do since he went to school to get it! They have insurance and the whole nine yards just got to find out who it's with. He had his interview with NAS on Wednesday and it went good, the superviser took him on a tour of the place and everything. We are still waiting to hear back from both correctional facilities and NAS. So we'll see who he goes with, probably Rumpke. The First Steps therapist came for the first time today and it was very encouraging to me. She said that he is right on the verge of sitting up and crawling and she thinks that it won't be long, halleluia!!! He is just the cutest thing I could just eat him up!!! Well, I think a short novel is enough to write for now. :)

stormy wednesday

as the title suggests... it is storming today. boo :( we have church tonight and hopefully i can get brian to bed when we get home. chris is at his NAS interview today and im sitting here watching little miss perfect those mommas are crazy! hoping it stops storming for awhile so brian can take a nap he cant sleep while its storming! well rumpke just called they want him to come in for an interview tomorrow. chris just got home from his NAS interview so hoping he gets something out of all the interviews! hoping off here now!

Mother's Day

First off happy mother's day to all the mommas out there!! and secondly my son brian said momma for the first time today! We were at church and i was changing his diaper and he was jabbering and then said momma i started freaking out i was looking around for people to tell my joyous news too and i realized i was in the bathroom so it had to wait but thats okay it was still super special.. church was good today sunday school went really good we are starting at the beginning of the bible and going through what each book talks about and relearning some of the bible stories so im super excited about that! on friday night we had family game night and that went good we played cranium which i love! my brother matt and his wife jackie got me a cake pan for mothers day and my gma got me flowers! i feel so loved! i am very interested in cake decorating and my sister-in-law jackie works at a mold making place and they made an plaid airbrushing cake mold and she snagged me one woohoo cant wait to try it out! im so excited about brians first birthday party its coming up soo soon! but on a serious note i would like to ask for prayer for my hubby's job situation. he has his cdl and was working with a trucking company but they wanted him to be gone 3 months then home for 2 days and repeat so he started looking for a local job and got on at lowes but he misunderstood and so the job is not what we thought so now he is looking for another job, we are hoping that he can get back with the trucking company he was with, we are still waiting to hear back about that. he just needs 6 months to a years experience and then he can get with a different truck company and be home every night! so please pray hard for us. thanks! trucking is good money and would allow me to stay home and raise my child cause i definently dont want anyone else doing it. well my fingers are tired of typing so bye for now!

moody monday

its moody monday for me, i was super moody over the weekend and so i really dont want to be so moody today been working hard on it! brian has been a good boy today! hes just such a little cutie! hes sitting in his saucer talking up a storm. chris is at work and still on the job hunt :( but on the other hand we completly forgot about that the fact that his school has guarenteed lifetime job placement so hoping to get ahold of them in the morning. got the als walk coming up on sat cant wait for that! um... ive been trying to rid my life of drama and that includes people who bring the drama!! lol! been having a good time getting to know tristan better, we are in a study together and stuff. cant wait to start going to yard sales!! well not much else to say right now so ttyl!
